Tim opens the show by asking for prayer as he goes to the porn convention in Las Vegas to witness.
Ryan Mauro is today's guest, from the Christian Action Network, with a website at www.ChristianAction.org. They have put out a CD called "Homegrown Jihad" which is a central topic for today's discussion. He was originally hired as a geo-political analyst when he was 16 years old, and was then hired by the Christian Action Network, where he has been since joining.
Ryan talks about the terrorist training camps that have been set up in the USA, including the group "Muslims of the Americas" that are reaching out to gullible Christians in the Churches. Tim then mentions the "religion of peace" as described by Bush versus the passages in the Quran that are anything but peaceful. He says that the terrorists are the true believers in Islam, which few point out. Ryan points out that there is a diversity of opinion in the Muslim faith. Ryan says he has many devout Muslim friends that are fighting the Islamists.
Tim asks Ryan if he would be opposed to a Muslim running for Congress if they opposed Sharia law. Ryan responds that he would not be opposed. Ryan goes on to say that the police do not have legal authority to investigate groups like "Muslims of the Americas" since they have not been labeled as a terrorist group. Christian Action Network asked Ryan to speak at the South Carolina Tea Party convention last week, and they were amazed that there was a thirty acre Islamic compound in South Carolina. He says his organization is willing to speak at any place that is willing to listen, even though the Islamic groups are very hostile towards their organization. Tim then talks about handing out tracts in the Muslim sections of Israel like Jericho and Hebron. He mentions that most Muslims in these areas believe that Mr. Obama is a Muslim and trained in Islamic Madrassas, and asks when Obama converted from Islam to Christianity. Ryan responds that he does not believe that Mr. Obama is a Muslim, but is a "universalist" that believes that all religions are "ok".
Next week the guest will be Leon Patillo from the musical group Santana, and the following week the guest will be Sandra Tanner from Utah who is related to Brigham Young and will talk about Mormonism.
